Connect Broadband – Connect broadband is not working properly. Very bad service
I am Manish Watts. Using connect broadband from about an year. There is constant problem stay always. I am having 5 mbps plan but not getting above 4 mbps. From last 5-6 days speed is 2 -3 mbps and i am trying to contact their customer care members but no response i am getting. Even no one bother about customer’s complaint.
Please resolve my issue. I need reimbursement of my days which are getting waste. I am suffering business, financially and mentally loss. Who will bear my loss. I am paying them for each day even each hour of the day. If my connection is not working. They are unable to help or understand my concern then there is no need to continue this connection.
I’ll surely file consumer case against this company and penalized them. Because they want their monthly rental on right time.
Sir please help me and resolve my issue and please initiate my complaint to consumer court to penalized this connect broadband company.
Hi my complaint was solved earlier but now it has been occur again with same issue. Connect is making fool of every one. When people raise issue they give temporary solution but after when you give them bill again they. create problems.
Major thing is they don’t listen anything. They just ask for bill bill and bill. Pay pay pay pay.
How could anyone pay if service for which we are paying and not receiving. And the whole staff is really illiterate. They doesn’t have manners to talk. They often insist people to disconnect connections.
I complained about speed of my broadband connect usually stay down. I am having 5 mbps plan with user ID FTTH 168125. It is on my mother’s name Smt. Krishna Devi. But usually getting 2 to 3 mbps speed. I complained about it on 8th march and clearly mentioned that service man should come after 6 pm. Because after 6 i’ll be at home. Than after few days your service executive came to resolve but he came during my official hour. he came in afternoon. I requested him to come after 6 as i mentioned in complained. He said “ok fine” i’ll come tomorrow. But again he came near about 10 to 11 am. It was again during my official hours. I conveyed message again to him to come after 6 pm. He said “ok fine again”.
But after 3 days i’ll regularly received message from your automated center “your fault is pending with us and our Engg will be visiting you shortly.”
But after 3 days it stopped and message received your complaint has been resolved form our-side. And it closed. Than i asked from customer care how you closed it without my confirmation? They said to open it again.
But nobody came to resolve this matter. I mean nobody bother about services. Connect services are giving bad impression just because about some irresponsible executive peoples.
You always want your monthly bill should deposit in advance of the month but you doesn’t need to give services at all. Again your representative called me yesterday 18 march and said your bill is pending kindly pay for interrupt services. I conveyed him the whole story and again said to resolve the complaint ad also said that “If my connection will be barred just because of my billing circle, i’ll never ever continue with connect.” He said ok i’ll call back you give me some time. let us open your complaint again. But again nobody bother about any service to any client.
Today again 19th march. I received call about billing. And again i told him the whole story and about yesterday commitment of your representative and again said him the same words that “If my connection will be barred just because of my billing circle, i’ll never ever continue with connect.”. But again nobody bother. I know after few more days connection will be barred because of billing.
And now this time it will over your connection here. I’ll never continue with connect and keep writing on consumer forums and will surely file complaint against you in consumer court on behalf of this complaint.

And these are the screen shot of my speed of 5 mbps constant speed plan. For which i am paying every month. And my whole work is suffering from last 2 to 3 months. I complained about many times but it always took lightly.
