Tikona — Bad Broadband connection

I’ve raised complaint with customer care more than 20 days back to resolve my Internet broadband connection .I purchased this in 21st May 2016 and paid 3 months advance rent alalong with the router charges. Just after after few days net connection keep troubling me alot. After fed up all this when I haven’t got a single call from customer care dept.dept . I wrote mail to nodal officer mail I’D ..not even once .Sent a mail to nodal officer 4 times I have all chain mail in records. Even till now nodal officer revert to my single which I’ve sent on 3rd June. How unprofessional he is .from customer services dept ti nodal officer no one is there to resolve my issue even after they charge me huge amount in advance against the services. .I want your intervention in this issue .Please help me to come out of this Harrasement
