Voda Phone Bill Bayment and Harressment
This is regarding Vodafone(8806054544) Wi-fi 4G connection which I purchased on 27th Jan 2017 with 999 /10 GB Plan For Which I have Already Paid 3499 Rs. In advance
Plan was changed for more data On 9th Feb 2017 [1499/15 GB], Representative confirmed tht payment will be adjusted from advance payment. But I received call for Payment when I have already asked to adjust it from advance payment but there was no action on the request and finally connection has been deactivated for payment delay.
I have logged a complained 295026598- Rohini and Karan Talk to me and promised to resolve it within 24 Hours, but no action, nothing happened Till date, I keep getting call for asking bill to Pay, and its become headache for me.
Visited Vasai West Videophone Store, met manager and he promised to resolve it within 12 hour but still no resolution, but no result.
Today I received call again from Vodafone representative for Payment. payment,
The device is not working from 5th March 2017. Please help me to get out of this evil ring.
